Do they itch or sting? Are they always on the same spot or in different places? They look like scratches, but fi you don’t remember scratching your skin against anything, it could be an allergy.
Tend to be in same-ish spots? :c Usually my thighs or occasionally various spots on my torso. They don’t usually have a scratch pattern, this one seems kind of unusual.
They don’t itch or hurt or anything…

Alien fetus? They could be stretch marks; sometimes they get really red as they’re developing, but then they fade. And they don’t really feel like anything, they’re just kind of there.
